Paint Correction – The Process
Paint correction offers an affordable alternative to total paint removal and re-coating. Instead of repainting your car, paint correction only takes the outermost layer of clear coating and corrects it by removing microscopic abrasions and contaminants. Our professional technicians here at Poseidon Mobile Detailing can handle all your automotive detailing needs.
Correcting Damage to your Car’s Clear Coat
On every car there is an outer layer of clear coating that seals and protects its paint. Time and friction will eventually cause damage to this outer layer, no matter how well you take care of your car. Paint corrections aim’s at imperfections on this layer. The process removes scratches and swirls and leaves your car looking like new, with the original paint fully intact.
How it Works
Paint correction, also called paint restoration, works by removing a microscopic layer of your car’s clear outer layer to remove imperfections (light scratches, abrasions, water spots, acid rain/hard water, iron deposits). The result is a newer smoother coat minus the imperfections. Your car’s original paint code and color remain totally intact.
Paint Correction: A Great Choice for Your Car
As an economic and practical alternative to full paint removal. Paint correction will leave your car looking great without the cost and hassle. Don’t bother with risky DIY projects and redundant car washes. Let the mobile detail experts here at Poseidon Mobile Detailing handle the process for you, and you’ll see the difference why there’s no clean like Poseidon clean.
